Clock-out can ask whether staff took lunch and deduct it. Weekend shifts can use their own service code, and a shift that crosses midnight is split into two days.
Times staff can't change
Staff can't enter or adjust their own times at the home. An administrator corrects a forgotten clock-in or clock-out and closes any shift over 12 hours.

Admin time, meetings and training go to a cost center, so paid time with no billed resident still reaches payroll without inventing a client.

Center Billing enters a day's claims for every resident of a home far faster than timecards, from schedules you set up once.
